We offer our colleagues a friendly, collaborative workplace and the chance to build a rewarding career.\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in Hounslow.\n\nResponsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.\n\nCore Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:\n\nSpot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager\nAbility to deliver high standards of care\nParticipate in the paid on-call rota\nCompleting care assessments and writing up Care Plans\nBuilding relationships with care staff and service users\nAssisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC\nAssisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required\n\nHere at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors the following:\n\nSalary £24,000 - £26,000 per annum\nMileage paid at 30p per mile\nEarn £300 Refer a friend scheme\nCompany issued mobile phone\n28 days annual leave (pro rata)\nDBS cost covered\n2-weekly payroll\nFree uniform\nExcellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development\nOpportunity to work in an expanding leading home care provider\n\nExamples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor:\n\nAssisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)\nPerforming light housekeeping tasks.\nObserving, monitoring and record keeping.\n\nWe are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are:\n\n100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people\nFlexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential)\nKnowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)\nFull Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)\nExperience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care ()\nNVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care ()\n\nAs this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.\n\nIf you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organisation that can really make a difference to people’s lives, then this could be your next role!\n\nIMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING!\n\n\n\nFull support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care
