Preferred major study in bachelor degree   Safety or Environmental Engineering
Specify work experience   
Preferred certificate  Minimum B.E./ B.Sc. Safety/ Industrial/ Environmental Engineering. Professional Certificates in Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.
Preferred skills Experienced in safety engineering within Offshore Oil and Gas Industry. Hands-on experience in safety management, risk assessment, hazard identification, health, safety and environmental compliance, planning for safety, implementation of HSE programs, monitoring and regulating offshore project/ maintenance activities, Safety Management Systems development, Compliance programs, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis, emergency readiness plans,  fire and gas protection, HSE instrumentation calibration and testing, publishing safety bulletins, conducting audits, peer reviews, fostering a safety culture.
