With a massive footprint internationally, you are invited to join our Australian team who are enjoying a significant growth period while making a difference in regional communities.About the Role:Based on Stubbo Solar Farm (400MW), this individual would coordinate between key subcontractors and PCL's project leadership team to ensure that this project is delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality. This individual would be coming from either a civil or electrical background. Roles & Responsibilities Identify issues on-site or in defined work scopes. Coordinate third-party inspections and site reviews. Work in all aspects of utility scale solar construction projects including but not limited to self-perform scopes of piles, racking, modules, and electrical; along with working with subcontractors in sitework, fencing, etc.   Participate in crafting, implementing, and supervising quality plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Develop and maintain positive relationships focusing on all partners. Skills & Expertise Utility Scale Construction experience desired but not required. Knowledge of construction specifications, and methods and procedures (e.g., formwork methodologies, self-perform work, subcontracted work scopes, temporary work, equipment, and scheduling techniques). Understand and applied construction principles to problem solve. Effective verbal and written communication with supervisors and subcontractors, and reports Civil or Electrical site experience
