When and Where You'll Work:

Our full-time Field Crew Leader - Supervisor is based in Auburn, CA, with flexible hours to ensure you can support your team and projects as they arise. You'll spend time in the field, traveling to various job sites, and guiding our technicians.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades, with hands-on skills in all three
• Proven supervisory and training experience leading a team of technicians
• Sales experience with a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with flat-rate pricing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tablets and iPads
• Ability to perform fieldwork without physical limitations

Qualifications:

• Experience navigating both management and technical challenges across multiple trades
