Field Engineer

• Regular visits to Engineering andDesign Firms, Construction Influencers, jobsite consultants andcontractors
• Prepares technical submittals,specification write ups, for Engineering products & followup with specifiers and influencers to get it included in thespecification documents.
• To provide Technicalsupport for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars toconsultants, contractors andinfluencers.
• Coordination &communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specifiedengineering products.
• Develops strongrelationships with the technical decision makers atcustomers’ offices to assure a high degree of success inachieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within theassigned segment.
• Collaboration with the Salesteam to select and develop focus customers for Engineeringproducts.
• Provides technical support for Hiltiproducts. Support function includes, but not limited to, productdemonstration, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation& submittals for all Hilti engineeringproducts.
• Develops and maintains appropriateprojects/accounts tracking systems and including activity andprogress reporting and action plans based on a frequencyestablished by the Field Engineeringmanager.
• Supports the marketing department withcompetition information gathering and market sensing activities asdirected by the Field Engineeringmanager.
• Regularly updates CRM system bycreating new contacts with their details, registering all dailyactivities and opportunities and by communicating Specification toother Hilti colleagues.
