FIELD ENGINEERING MANAGER

FRAG Srl is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineering Manager (FEM) to oversee the technical aspects of our pipeline project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering management, preferably within the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industries. Main Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and contractor for all technical field engineering matters Lead and mentor a team of 10+ internal resources to support on-site operations Monitor progress in detailed design and procurement, collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure work package readiness and optimize the construction schedule Identify and resolve discrepancies between detailed design and on-site conditions, proposing effective solutions and securing necessary approvals Collaborate with the Project Engineering Manager to facilitate a smooth transition between design office activities and on-site execution Work closely with the Commissioning Manager to prepare essential engineering documentation for commissioning plans, procedures, and instructions Requirements : Master's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering 10+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in the petrochemical or oil and gas sectors, with a focus on international projects Proven experience in pipeline projects and a strong understanding of Middle Eastern client standards Fluent knowledge in English, both written and spoken Location : Saudi Arabia Duration : 4 years Availability : ASAP
