DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor who can help us deliver the best customer experience and great leadership skills while assisting the field install technicians as they complete installations and ensure quality standards are met. This position will also assist the Operation's Manager with DiBiase Heating and Cooling Apprenticeship Program and guide the install team in their career path.

The Field Installation Supervisor is responsible for the quality of equipment installations and supervision of the installation department. Job duties include training and coordinating and facilitating the entire installation process and assisting the Operations Manager with the administering of the apprenticeship program for maximum effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A FIELD INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced organizational abilities
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
- Knowledge of industry is required.
- Basic Computer skills and typing skills required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ten years of related experience and/or training in heating and cooling service and installation field.
DAILY DUTIES
- Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are being communicated and followed by installation technicians at all times.
- Visit jobsites to ensure jobs are being run smoothly and are being installed in accordance with proposal details.
- Lead installations when needed to help jobs get completed on time and ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with the Operations Manager with managing the installation department total efficiency by properly handling job time and non job time properly including trainings and unapplied time.
- Work with the Operations Manager with facilitating and managing the apprentice growth program for the installation department. Ensure apprentices are kept engaged in the training process and administer proper testing in classroom and field.
- Provide feedback to management team to adjust processes and procedures to maximize profitability and quality of installations.
- Communicate with installation technicians and apprentices on schedule daily.
- Provide field training and role playing on installation processes and procedures for team to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Facilitate installation department meetings weekly to ensure constant communication with team on updates to company and department goals and objectives.
- Perform follow up work when needed on installations where there are call backs or problems.
- Facilitate team safety trainings monthly and track and report on all safety meetings.
- Perform truck inspections weekly to ensure trucks are being kept clean, fully stocked, and there are no safety violations. Ensure fire extinguishers and first aid kits are being kept in good order.
- Participate in management meetings to review and modify processes and procedures for maximum profitability.
