Field Technician 

Field Technician needed for a company based out of Knoxville. This role is a traveling job. It is a direct hire that comes with great pay and benefits.

Job Description: 

•  Electronics background with 1 year experience in electronics, diagnosis and repair of industrial instrumentation. Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Technician training with an electronics and instrumentation background.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of Electronic and Mechanical devices.
• Good understanding of PC and embedded computing software including productivity and programming software.
• Applicant must be able to use basic tools and test equipment, company provided.
• Strong communicative and articulation skills.
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license.
• Applicant must be able to qualify to work in a drug free workplace.
• Applicant must be of sufficient physical and mental condition to safely climb, if necessary, and work in high places (smoke stacks).
• Applicant must be able to lift reasonable amounts of weight, approximately 50 lbs.
