Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential properties in Los Angeles.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks such as minor electrical repairs, routine HVAC maintenance, and basic carpentry.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure a timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician, with a strong emphasis on plumbing.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks (electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, friendly, customer service-oriented, and a good communicator.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
