You will be responsible for contributing to flawless execution by ensuring competent field personnel resources are available according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term. Ensuring that resource demand across their region is balanced, monitors and optimizes personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime. Develops the training and competence strategies, creates development plans, coordinates competence assessment, and monitors progression and training compliance.

You will be responsible for:

·                Working with Sales and Commercial to determine personnel needs for future activity, prepare mid and long term field personnel requirements for the region. 

·                Being responsible for setting training and competency strategies to ensure the field personnel population achieves both utilization and multiskilling targets.

·                Setting and monitoring field personnel utilization targets for the region based on plan and job activity forecasts. 

·                Managing field personnel competency gaps. 

·                Performing laboratory routine analysis required by the customer such as production related chemistry analysis, 

·                Performing product quality check at work site, troubleshooting and reporting, 

·                Providing support for product segments, technical selling, key field product applications, production troubleshooting, facility, and flow diagnostics, 

·                Investigating unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventive action, 

·                Handling special projects as assigned, 

·                Conducting all business activities in accordance with company's HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and company's Core Values

To be successful in this role you will:

·                Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or technical degree in chemistry or oil production with experience in Oilfield Chemicals for Upstream Applications, 

·                Have thorough understanding of production and operations at oil terminal (desired), and oilfield chemicals application and chemistry related, 

·                Have ability to work and communicate and mix well with people especially within customer’s community, 

·                Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure on costumer facilities, 

·                Intermediate/Advanced English
