60K to 70K, plus bonus

If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with a company that values excellence and a great team vibe, apply today and become part of Shaker’s journey!

About Us:

Shaker Painting isn’t your typical painting company. Since 1999, we’ve been family-owned and values-driven, with a team of under a dozen full-time pros and 20+ trusted subcontractor painters. Our “Shaker Way” isn’t just about top-notch painting services; it’s about building relationships founded on Trust, Communication, Teamwork, Growth, and Fun.

We’re leading the industry with our managed services model, a well-vetted team of subcontractors, and cloud-based systems to keep our projects running smoothly. Our business is thriving across Colorado and beyond, and now we’re looking for a reliable, proactive Project Manager to help us reach new heights in 2025.

The Role: As Project Manager, you’ll oversee all stages of commercial painting projects—new builds and repaints alike. You’ll bring together our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to make sure projects run seamlessly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
Project Planning & Coordination:

• Collaborate with general contractors, property managers, and internal teams to strategize and kick off projects.
• Review scope, specs, and timelines to ensure smooth resource allocation.
• Take the lead in pre-construction meetings to set projects up for success.
• Select and coordinate subcontractors based on the specific needs of each project.

Procore Project Management:
• Utilize Procore for all planning, tracking, and reporting needs.
• Keep all project documentation updated and organized in Procore, from RFIs to daily logs.
• Train and support team members and subcontractors on Procore tasks and updates.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the main contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop.
• Attend project meetings with general contractors, property managers, and other client representatives.

Budget & Cost Management:
• Track budgets and ensure projects stay on financial target.
• Manage project expenses, from purchase orders to change orders, with a focus on minimizing costs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure high-quality work.
• Oversee safety and compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead subcontractors with the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
• Support efficient, effective task completion on each project.

Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify and manage risks, addressing potential delays or cost issues proactively.
• Develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

About You:
Requirements:
• Strong communicator and natural leader with negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in project management tools (especially Procore).
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Willing to travel to job sites, as needed.

Expansion:

  • We are currently adding work in Arizona, Texas, and surrounding states. As we build these territories, we are in need of high quality individuals that can oversee this work and keep our promise for the same standards we hold in Colorado.
  • Travel will be on an as needed basis to meet project needs and demands.
  • During on going projects, the travel will consist of 2-3 times per month for a span of 3-4 days during the work week.
  • All travel expenses will be paid for by Shaker Painting, along with per diem, per day.

Experience:
• Proven project management experience in commercial painting or construction.
• Familiarity with new build and repaint processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Why Join Us? Our secret to success is our core values:
• Trust: We build relationships rooted in integrity.
• Communication: Open and clear communication is our foundation.
• Teamwork: We’re a close team that has each other’s backs.
• Growth: We’re big on learning and development.
• Fun: We believe in working hard—and playing hard!
