And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our .Job DescriptionImportantThis position travels within several states in Mexico and US.Candidates should have visa, passport and drivers licence, as well as flexibility to travel with short notice.Position PurposeThe customer representative is responsible for the efficient implementation of new customers (mostly tiered suppliers) and building and maintaining strong relationships through effective account health management and customer satisfaction.Key AccountabilitiesImplementationNew account setup & training (Ensure customers & suppliers are well trained to ensure smooth implementation).Confirm forecasts against actual to maintain healthy inventory levels (30,60,90 day reviews)Account Analysis and Control – undertake account analysis to identify changes to trends in customer activity that trigger issues to be explored/resolved.Audits - Support and carry out Audits by working with the Customer Inventory team and Communicate outcomes to maintain accuracy in supplier balancesCustomer Service - Capture and resolve all customer issues, escalate when needed.Meet regularly with customers/suppliers in the field to capture insights, collaborate to seek solutions, craft action plans and to make and deliver on customer experience promises.Account HealthContinued focus on account health metrics and KPI’s to ensure a well maintained supplier base linked to automotive programs.Ongoing account audits and reconciliations.Accounts Receivable – ensuring all disputes are resolved and payments are in line with terms.Additional training and sharing of best practicesExperience & EducationBachelor DegreeUnderstanding of the Automotive marketCustomer facing experience / Account ManagementLogistics / Supply Chain ExperienceSkills and KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact at all levels within an organizationCommitted to deliver high quality results in a defined timelineStrong analytical skillsHighly organized and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of the automotive industry, market, and supply chainPreferred CHEP Systems (SAP, CHEPTRAC, Siebel, Business Warehouse, Salesforce)Preferred EducationCertificate - Supply Chain ManagementPreferred Level of Work Experience3 - 5 yearsRemote TypeFully RemoteWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
