Field Salesman

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Field Salesmen to join our dynamic sales team. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers across Saudi Arabia, promoting our extensive range of hardware products from leading brands. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate closely with the technical department to provide technical support and address customer inquiries.

  • Develop and present compelling price offers and negotiate contracts.

  • Provide product samples and demonstrations to showcase our product range.

  • Follow up on collections and payments, ensuring timely receipt of payments.

  • Coordinate effectively with other internal departments, including sales support, logistics, and finance.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.  

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Tactful and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to build strong, friendly, and professional relationships with clients.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Saudi Arabia.
