This role will be in Omaha, NE. This person will be in the office for the first 6 months and then change to a hybrid role working 3 days in the office. 

Looking for someone with experience running projects as well as handling back office work. 

Looking for someone from construction, hvac, commercial trades – electrical or plumbing etc. Did estimating and in the field.

Needs to have experience with bidding and following up with potential customers. 

We do commissioning, preventative maintenance, installation, fixing down equipment. So this person must be comfortable with the electrical and mechanical side.
