Field Service Coordinator

Basic Job Responsibility

• Schedule all services for the technical staff and generate all required service orders.
• Customer service and coordination
• Computer entry for service orders and assist with purchase orders
• Monitor all maintenance contracts, renew them on time, and ensure their renewal has been received.
• Write new maintenance contracts for customers who are not part of our service program. Routine maintenance is this company's lifeblood.

Requirements

• Have customer service experience.
• Have vital computer and software skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in construction with an ability to read plans 
• Be proficient in all MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Present a professional appearance to provide the public with a positive company image.
• Can multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible in a fast-paced, professional work environment.
• Pass a Drug Screening.

Work shift: 7:00 to 3:30
