Field Service Engineer

We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Field Service engineer to join our fast growing and highly successful client that specialises in materials handling systems.



You should be able to provide a broad based electrical, mechanical, ability along with a right first-time mentality and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve the site’s performance.



The Ideal candidate will be tasked make sure all PPM and reactive maintenance are complete on a wide range automated equipment such as conveyors, postal sortation, mail sortation and packaging machinery. 

 

You will be provided with a company Van, laptop and mobile and work from your home location to cover the midlands area. 



Desired Skills & Experience



Minimum NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds in an engineering discipline

Previous experience of working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment

Familiar with basic hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, Allen keys

Excellent communication skills and customer focus

Ability to work in a time critical environment Our Automation division is a market leader in this specialist industry with outstanding relationships across the UK.
