Field Service Engineer

My Client is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer in the Water Sector



As a Regional Field Engineer you will be undertaking a breadth of duties providing installation, commissioning and training for site operators for water treatment solutions. Working with the operational team you will ensure that equipment is installed and commissioned in a safe manner to hand over the asset to the Client. This role will be covering Devon & Cornwall.



We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with practical and positive outlook. While prior experience in the service industry, especially in water and environmental-related aspects, would be ideal, we're also open to candidates with backgrounds in construction services. Main responsibilities



Responsible for equipment installation and service duties incorporating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work

Commissioning, testing and maintenance of systems in accordance with planned schedules in undertaking PPM

Positive engagement with fault finding and breakdown response

Liaison with Client and contractors in undertaking works on 3rd party sites

Excellent adherence to safe systems of work

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum NVQ level requirements in Engineering/Apprentice trained

Ideally Water Sector experience or similar process related Industry

Experience working as a Mechanical and/or Electrical Service Engineer role or similar

Full driving licence

Able to demonstrate initiative and professionalism when dealing with customers
