Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - £40k-£45k – Electronics – Norwich/Worldwide



Platform Recruitment has partnered with a company who specialise in the development of clean power solutions to a wide range of industries. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer who has strong electronics knowledge to support customers both in the UK and overseas.



Main Duties:



+ Supporting customers in a full range of onsite enquiries



+ Resolving problems relating to motors and drive systems



+ Offering support to customers so they can achieve delivery targets and deadlines



+ Collaborating with the wider engineering team



+ Building long term customer relationships



Requirements:



+ Experienced in a field service position



+ Electronics/wiring/soldering knowledge



+ Experience with motors and drive systems



Salary/Location:



+ The salary for this position is £40k-£45k, depending on experience



+ The company is based in Norwich, and this role will cover both UK and worldwide travel (e.g. US, India, etc)



+ There may be a requirement to travel on weekends
