Field Service Engineer

All Square Recruitment are working with a market leader in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated drive-through car wash systems. We are hiring a professional and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team.



This is a hands-on role offering independence, variety, and strong long-term development.



Location Focus: Crewe & Stoke-on-Trent area



Key Responsibilities:



* Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment at customer sites



* Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, minimising equipment downtime



* Deliver professional, courteous service to clients at all times



* Work independently while managing time and service tasks efficiently



* Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly



* Communicate progress and updates to the Regional Service Manager



* Develop confidence using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office tools



Key Requirements:



* Mechanical engineering background, either via formal training or hands-on experience



* Strong diagnostic and repair skills



* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on the road



* Excellent customer service and communication skills



* Flexible approach to travel and varied working environments



* Full UK driving licence is essential
