Job Title: Field Service Engineer ATM / IT\n Location: London, Birmingham, Manchester\n Contract Duration: Minimum 2-month contract with potential extension to 3-4 months\n Salary: £160 pay Inside IR35\n Overtime Hourly Rate: £18.83 per hour\n Working Hours: Monday to Friday (On-call weekends may apply)\n Working Day: 8.5 hours per day, 30 minute unpaid lunch\n\nAbout the Role:\n We are currently seeking experienced IT / ATM Field Service Engineers to join our team. Requirements in London, Birmingham & Manchester on a 2-month minimum contract, with the possibility of extension.\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nPerform first-line maintenance tasks on ATM machines, including card machine swaps and printer calls\nHandle hardware issues related to terminals and printers\nService up to 5 calls per day\nVan and fuel card providedRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in field service or similar technical roles such as Electrotechnical, ATM, and EPOS machines\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and follow established processes\nMust be flexible for weekend on-call shifts if required\nFull UK driving license\nClear DBSWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive pay: £160 per day / £18.83 per hour\nVan, fuel card, and stock provided\nWorking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nOpportunity for contract extension based on performanceHow to Apply:\n Please submit your CV to the Concept team, or give a call
