Field Service Engineer Level 2 | NYC 10018
Responsibilities:
Respond to Level 2 help desk service requests, both reactive and proactive, generated by users or monitoring systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Communicate updates promptly and clearly to customers, leads, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Collaborate with Project and Internal IT Teams as required.
Work with fellow engineers based on skill set and task complexity, as directed by management.
Own and resolve assigned incidents, ensuring timely completion.
Execute standard changes related to moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD) in alignment with documented procedures and policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a managed service provider (MSP). Other transferable experience will be considered.
Basic knowledge of three core ITIL Service Processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
A valid driver’s license is required; access to a car is .
