Now is an excellent time to join the business and be part of the growth!\n\nYour new role \nAn opportunity has come up, through the growth of the business, for a Field Service Operator, looking after a range of shopping centres and supermarkets throughout the Midlands area. The role is Monday to Friday and you will have a dedicated service route, meaning no call-outs! You will be given access to a company van.\nMain responsibilities of the role:\n\nMaintain, service, repair, clean vending machines on customer sites\nCash Collection from Machines\nAssist with installation of machines in customer locations\nMaintain company van, tools, equipment and inventory to the highest of standards\nPAT test machines when required (Training Provided)\nUse of bespoke Smartphone app for job completion\nFault Finding, repairs and breakdowns\nExamine and inspect machines for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.\nMonitoring of machine pay-out ratios and making adjustments as and when required\nEnsuring frequent rotation of merchandise to maximise revenues What you'll need to succeed \n\nBasic understanding of electrical/electronic / mechanical repairs\nClean Driving Licence\nAbility to demonstrate initiative and work alone with little supervision\nAbility to work as part of a team and escalate issues to the Team Leader\nFlexibility to work outside normal hours when required\nAbility to communicate clearly with other staff\nAbility to work away from the base if required with a flexible approach to working hours\nPC and SmartPhone literate with the ability to use email, Smartphone applications\nProven self-organisational skills and self-motivated.What you'll get in return \n\nStarting salary of £27k\nCompany events\nHealth & Wellbeing Programme\nHealth Cash Plan & Perks\nMonthly Lunch\nFully-expensed company van and smartphone\nWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.\nIf this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.\n\nHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
