Field Service Representative

Job Description:

Life Support Systems is the premier provider of First Aid, AEDs, Safety Equipment and Emergency Response Training (CPR, AED, First Aid, etc.) to businesses and other institutions. Our stable 40-year-old, Dedham based service, sales, and training company is once again growing and we’re looking for a reliable full time Field Service Representative to inspect, service, and maintain equipment and provide CPR, AED, and First Aid training at our clients’ locations throughout New England and nationwide (overnight travel required). Requirements:

- NON-SMOKER

- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.

- Capable of following a different route schedule daily, ensuring timely arrival at each stop (a company vehicle is provided.)

- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.

- Be able to consistently lift 30-50 lbs.

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.

- Ability to read a map/GPS and to use it to successfully navigate.

- Road experience but not required.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, etc.).

- Career minded, self-motivated, mature, and professional.

- Overnight travel required.

- Reside within 40 mile radius of Dedham, MA 02026.

No prior Instructor Training required; all training for the position will be provided by Life Support Systems.
