Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5:00PM
Salary: $80k Salary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team. In this role,
the FSR operates and provides instruction on LM’s in the field. In this role, one ensures all field
operations follow established procedures and are conducted safely. The Field Service Representative
works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects
current product features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate/instruct any of the company Loitering Munitions for client demos, client/internal experiments, and training flights across different locations.
• In charge of customer training, training methodology and course content.
• Maintains records of training activities and flight information.
• Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure relevance.
• May provide leadership and evaluation for other instructors, as assigned
• Stays current with new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
• Maintains current knowledge of all company equipment and software utilized for operating the LM and for providing LM training.
• Will be required to travel to various locations to conduct on-site training, support clients, and participate in field operations.
• Travel destinations may include regional, , and occasionally international locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least three years operational flying experience within the last five years.
• Must have at least 200 hours on a military UAS.
• Must have at least 50 hours as an instructor on a military UAS.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and team building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Military Instructor Experience.

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance if required.
• Must be a US .
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs; stand for an extended period up to at least 50
  minutes and walk at least 100 meters across uneven or unpaved surfaces.

Qualifications:

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
• Prior deployment and operation of the platform applying to instruct.
• Experience operating Loitering munitions.
• Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools
  and air tools is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad
  variety of duties.
