Field Service Supervisor - Entry Level

We are in search of a candidate interested in construction and is looking for a long-term position to grow with our company. This is an entry level position as we would like this person to shadow our project management team and learn on-the-job how we operate.

This position is an on-site/in the field position, so it will require you to be at project sites daily.

Job Description:

§ Coordinate subcontractors on site and manage the work delivered while maintaining the project schedule

§ Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and trade subcontractors

§ Manage POs, and COs to completion

§ Utilize the project management software to ensure efficient communication on projects

§ Perform safety inspections with City Officials and document

§ Ensure Health and Safety by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner

§ Ensure job requirements (budget and schedule) are met

§ Direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments

§ Recommend policy and procedure establishment and updates according to the management needs

§ Communicate timely to Project Manager and Coordinator any issues concerning department staff or operation

§ Provide regular reporting on performance and issues in company software

§ Review and respond to email correspondence on all projects

§ Perform minor service work as needed

§ Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management
