Field Service Technician

To install, remove, service, and maintain Brite-O-Matic Car Wash equipment to the best of your ability to meet the needs of the customer using parts, sub-assemblies, and fasteners according to customer specification sheet, contractual agreements, and company policies.

Essential Functions:

1. Performs preventative maintenance and tests all equipment on a monthly basis according to the monthly maintenance checklist or upon malfunction or breakdown.
2. All rental equipment must be working according to contractual agreements within 2 working business day’s notice of malfunction or breakdown.
3. Diagnoses the problem, disassemblies, inspects, and replaces worn or broken parts. Fits and adjusts new or repaired parts.
4. Maintains proper paperwork with each prescribed visit.
5. Notifies supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken.
6. Communicates properly with customers on all issues regarding equipment.
7. Communicates every work day with office as to daily activities.
