Field Service Engineer – Mechanical Background\n\nLocation: Field-Based (Birmingham region)\n\nSalary: £26,000 – £33,000 (DOE) + Bonus (£6,000 – £8,500)\n\nBenefits: BMW 330e Company Vehicle, Tools Provided, Full Professional Training\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking Field Service Engineers with a mechanical background to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in operating or maintaining machinery, looking to develop their skills in a field-based role with full professional training provided.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.\n\nDeliver excellent customer service while diagnosing and resolving technical issues.\n\nWork independently in the field, travelling to customer sites.\n\nMaintain and manage tools and equipment provided.\n\nRequirements\n\nMechanical or machine operation experience (Field Service experience is ideal).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\n\nWillingness to travel and work in a field-based role.\n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nBy applying for this position, you consent to Recruit Engineering processing and storing your personal data, including your CV, contact details, and any other relevant information, for the purpose of providing work-finding services.
