Field Service Technician Mechanic - Immediate Hire!

We are currently looking to hire a field service tech at the Bossier/Shreveport location. This person will be required to travel the area and occasionally to our neighboring states. The candidate will maintain and repair our customer’s industrial air compressors. Most of our customers have Atlas Copco rotary screw compressors but we will service and maintain all brands. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical ability, good people skills, and self-management. Our technicians work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. There is overtime available depending on our customer’s needs with seldom overnight trips. We provide our technicians a company van, uniforms, inside support, and training.

The ideal candidate would possess a broad mechanical experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a compressor-pump location but not required. Must have a demonstrated record of safety and customer satisfaction. The candidate should also have strong diagnostic and organizational skills, and must be capable of success in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in the compressor industry is a plus and prior training and certification in Atlas Copco, Sullair, Ingersoll Rand, Quincy, Joy, and Gardner Denver equipment is advantageous.
