Our Field Service Technicians provide expert level preventative and repair maintenance duties on our customer equipment. as a field Service Technician you will be the "Face of Duke Service" and responsible for providing the highest level of customer service. Job duties will be:

1. Perform on site repairs, which include troubleshooting and parts replacement, install and replacement of equipment, and perform Preventative Maintenance.

2. Communicate with Service manager with updates of completions and needs for any return visits.

3. manage truck inventory

4. Ensure daily service reports are completed and submitted

5. be a team player
