Field Service Technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Field Service Technician to become an integral part of our team! The right person will be performing Field Service inspections & repairs on Overhead cranes and hoist located at our customers facilities in Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. This is a multi-craft position. Compensation is per hour and is based on education, skills, experience, and communication abilities. Benefits include Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401K.Responsibilities:

• Trouble shoot and repair industrial machinery (Overhead Cranes and Hoist)
• Perform inspections and testing of machinery.
• Communicate with customers, assist them with solutions. 
• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training
• Will be on a Rotation on call for Emergency after hours Services 
• Work nights, weekend and Holidays as needed
• Keep the company Service Truck clean, organized and well stocked 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Industrial 3 phase controls
• Familiarity with industrial machinery
• Excellent root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work well in teams and with customers. 
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Clean Driving Record no major issue like DWI or to many points.
• Must be able to pass background checks and random Drug test.
• Good physical health
