Job Title: Field Service Technician I

Location: Albany NY 12207

Duration: 3 Months contract to hire

Shift timings: M-F 8 am-5 PM.

Pay rate: $20/hr on w2

Job Description

• Is this position remote or in person? In person

• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Traveling to customer sites to do break fix work, project, work, troubleshooting

• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Printer break fix experience, excellent customer service skills

• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?)

• Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? Yes

• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 3 years

• Do they need any specific certifications or education? Lexmark is a big plus

• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22.00

• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? ~ 25 – 100 from home back home

• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? ~ 20 miles

• What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? No specific location, Albany, NY and surrounding areas

• How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? This week

• Do you have upcoming vacations or time out of the office? I will be visiting techs in the New England area Oct 21st to 25th
