Field Service Technician Trainee

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Field Service Technician Trainee for a company based in Noblesville, IN. This is a direct-hire position. This is a 1st shift position. This position will require frequent travel and overnight stays. Starting pay will be between $25-$28 per hour. Will increase with each level completed after training. Training will take place in Noblesville for 8 or so months then oversees for 2 months. Can then be transferred to various regions within the country: NW Pacific (Seattle/Portland areas); Dayton, OH area; NE US (Massachusetts/Connecticut); Indiana.
Position Summary:
Provide excellent customer support at customer's location
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with team members
- Desire to learn and gain machine technical knowledge
- Completes all training courses
- Passes final training assessment successfully
- Assist Service Technicians in installs, repairs, inspections, set ups and testing of machines at customer sites
- Follows all safety policies
- Achieves proficiency in using equipment for machine maintenance
- Interacts professionally with customers
Experience Needed:
- Mechanical and/or electrically minded
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Technical school is
- Technical military experience is a plus
