Field Services Technician

Lakeside Laundry Equipment is looking for a responsible Field Service Technician who is able to ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and quality repairs of customers' washers and dryers
• Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
• Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
• Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service
• Ensures that all warehouse repair policies and procedures are followed
• Ensures that the appropriate team member is informed of any item that cannot be repaired
• Reviews any repairs/damaged machines, assesses condition to determine whether the item is repairable
• Follows established procedures to dispose of unsalvageable items
• Looking for ways to improve business performance
• Maintaining truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
• Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with home appliance repairs, commercial appliance repairs, and/or HVAC
• In lieu of years experience, may be a recent trade school graduate
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Must have his/her own tools
