Are you skilled in hands-on work and experienced in technical support, shop fitting, or handyman tasks? We have exciting opportunities across all the capital cities in Australia for Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, working primarily in the retail space.

The Role:
As a Contract Field Services Technician, you will provide on-site technical support and services to our retail clients. Your responsibilities will include:
•\tInstalling, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
•\tAssisting with shop fitting and performing general handyman tasks as needed, including cutting, sanding and connecting desks, shelves, point of sale equipment etc.
•\tConducting routine inspections and troubleshooting technical issues.
•\tCollaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
•\tDocumenting all activities, including service reports.
•\tAdhering to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.

Requirements:
•\tHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus but not a necessity.
•\tStrong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
•\tComfortable using tools.
•\tExperience in handyman tasks or shop fitting ().
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•\tAbility to work independently and follow directions from senior team members.
•\tValid driver's license and vehicle.
•\tWillingness to invest in your own tools.
•\tWillingness to travel to client sites within the designated area and work shift hours, including night shifts.
