Field Specialists focus on the vital technical and operation procedures that ensure our sites are safe and our customers get an exceptional service. You’ll receive intensive training in troubleshooting, safety, client interaction and develop a deep technical understanding of what we do. Through a combination of hands-on learning and formal training, you’ll become the company’s representative on-site, with supervisory responsibility. You’ll work through a range of complex, practical challenges and develop innovative strategies for solving them. Responsibilities Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the well site, job location, or plant, including equipment rig-up and rig-down and product installation. Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation,maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of Products. Provide Support/Installation when required. Document product and service non-conformances in the field via the Quest & Intouch reporting systems within prescribed timelines. Decommission and/or rig down and organise shipping of test equipment, spares, or any excess equipment back to the facility. Provide Field Service management with updates regarding the status of programs, customer problems, failures, trends, and climate. Requirements Qualification in engineering or related fields to SVQ level 4. Eng, HNC, HND, or Technical bachelor/Ordinary Degree or military experience. Hands-on experience in a mechanical role is highly desirable. Previous offshore experience is highly desirable. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think methodically.
