Job description Department TB Reporting To Program Manager Grade Officer Employment Type Full time contractual Location Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Tando Allahyar JOb Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all field activities related to the Integrated TB, HCV, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh (Mirpurkhas, Tando Allahyar, and Tharparkar). This will involve managing resources for field health workers, and community mobilizers/counselors and implementing intervention tools for the project RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the first point of contact between field health workers, community mobilizers/counselors, and field and data coordinator.Coordination with public and private sector partners, health facilities and private practitioners to establish effective referral and linkage to treatment mechanisms.Mapping of UCs and villages to identify camp spots.Collect data from the field team and ensure tasks are completed before the designated deadline.Ensure field equipment is being utilized efficiently and effectively.Manage on-site field issues and keep a check and balance of personnel on the field.Consult field staff about field visit schedules and follow-up of patients when required.Overlooking training of new recruits on the field.Resolves administrative issues for the field staff to avoid delays in work.Ensure that documentation is correctly recorded by the field staff.Ensure that defined SOPs and protocols are adhered to by all concerned in an utmost manner.Ensure stocks and supplies required for the project are available at the concerned facilities without any interruption.Receive and compile weekly/monthly reports from field sites and present data to the team.Responsible for reporting any inventory shortage/application issues to the Field and data coordinator/Program Manager.Perform project-related duties as required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA) Required Qualification At least Intermediate preferably Bachelors Required Experience 2-3 years relevant experience Required Skills Self-motivated and driven; willing to work in the field Has good attention to detail and critically analyses to offer contextualized solutions Team Player Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki and Urdu language will be given preference
