Job description Department/Program Maternal & Child Health Reporting Manager Grade Officer Employment Type Full time contractual Location Karachi JOb Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the field activities by conducting visits to the field sites,observe the field implementation, and take detailed notes of the implementation process. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and timely sharing of daily reports and record-keepingConduct field visits in the hospital areas including gynae/obs OPD and ward areas to monitor the implementation of programs in Karachi and interior districtsResponding to field-related queries and managing the work scheduled and timely completion of the Field progress reportTake detailed notes of the implementation challenges and suggested solutionsConduct initial and refresher training of the staffEnsuring field staff has all the necessary logistics for the smooth implementation of the programTo respond to ad-hoc queries and task assigned by the line manager REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA) Required Qualification Atleast Intermediate.
