We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to join our team. This role is a crucial link between project management and on-site operations, ensuring that work progresses efficiently, safely, and with outstanding quality. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch projects, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between project management and field crews to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain daily schedules for foremen, making necessary adjustments to keep tasks on time and within budget.
• Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee site layout and verify construction plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster leadership among foremen and provide training on tools like Buildertrend and Clock Shark.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain a near-zero punch list.
• Ensure proper maintenance of trucks, equipment, and job site safety.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a field supervisor or a similar role in construction or landscaping.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience ; training available).
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project timelines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Competitive salary at $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
