We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join a leading Manufacturer committed to empowering healthcare professionals with reliable diagnostic solutions in the Greater Nashville, TN area. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by installing, maintaining, and servicing cutting-edge diagnostic instruments. Ideal candidates will have a technical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.

- Work from home with 50+% travel to customer sites
- Salary - $60-$65K with full benefits
- Location - Greater Nashville, TN and surrounding areas as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency service, preventive maintenance, and updates for assigned instruments.
• Install diagnostic instruments at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and compliance with company specifications.
• Support Digital Products, including installation, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite or remotely, ensuring optimal analyzer performance.
• Document service activities per standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resources efficiently, including tools, parts, and trunk stock.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite repairs and resolve customer issues.
• Educate end users on proper instrument operation and functionality.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service and proactive support.
• Review service contract metrics to support customer contract renewals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate ; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment or operating similar technology.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong technical aptitude and effective communication skills.
