As a and growing company, the candidate must be able to work well in a dynamic team. Candidate must be able to adapt to quickly changing projects and roles. The candidate will primarily be a field technician. Requiring travel within North American so a valid Passport will be required. The Candidate would need to be mechanically inclined, willing to travel, teachable, customer oriented, team player, and understand a flexible Job Function. This work will include service, installation and maintenance of GPL Odorizers, Gas Chromatographs, Ultrasonic Gas Meters and Electronic Volume Correctors. The Job Functions when not travelling will be Odorizer assembly and integrated systems, shop work, and 24/7 customer support. Candidate may also be tasked with working on tasks/roles outside of outlined scope.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Linc Energy Systems Technical Sales Associate Responsible for the Following Functions:
• Assist GPL Odorizer technicians on in-field odorizer installations, decommissioning's and maintenance work (work to be performed under field lead Adrian Stang or Spencer Toft)
• Assist Linc Energy field technicians with upgrades of electronic volume correctors including removal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment and software configuration of new device.
• Assist with in-house odorizer assembly and custom builds. • 24/7 Customer support for at least 1 week out of every month.
• Perform installation, commissioning, training and maintenance on Elster Gas Chromatographs, Ultrasonic Meters and BTU Analyzers (Work to be performed under field lead Spencer Toft)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma, 1 year at a technical school
• Valid Passport for travel • Background check
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Products(Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision Manufacturing/Fabrication(2+ Years)
