Finance & Operations Settlement

A global leader in integrated transport, and logistics services provider is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Finance & Operations Settlement position based in Singapore.





Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process financial settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.




• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes and timely payments.




• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipowner settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.




• Support month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and assist with audit requirements for the accounting team.




• Contribute to process digitization and automation projects, enhancing efficiency in financial settlements.




• Provide assistance on various financial initiatives, special projects, and additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




• 2-3 years of experience in financial settlement, accounts payable, or maritime finance.




• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.




• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and internationally.
