The Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will be someone who genuinely values client relationships over transaction-focused advice. You'll combine technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and deliver advice that clients can easily understand and implement.
You'll appreciate the rare opportunity to inherit a "warm" client bank of well-serviced clients rather than having to build relationships from scratch or revive neglected accounts. While new business remains important, your primary focus will be on nurturing existing relationships and providing exceptional ongoing service.
