Job Description
Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a nationwide Independent Financial Planning firm on the recruit of an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their experienced and growing team! \n\nThe purpose of this role is to offer high-level administrative support to the Advisers. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the new client process and liaising with Advisers, Management, and Clients to deliver excellent service. The role requires initiative and dependability in supporting the business owners and enhancing the existing support function.\nKey Responsibilities\n \nManage business submissions through to case completion, ensuring all files are complete.
\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of key platforms/providers and the Intelliflo back-office system. \nProduce meeting packs, portfolio reports, and Suitability Reports for client meetings. \nProcess and manage Letters of Authority, ensuring accurate information is entered into the database.
\nProactively handle client communications and provide updates on pending cases. \nSupport diary management and coordinate meeting/training rooms. Relevant Skills and Experience\n \nClear understanding of the financial planning process.
