Fire Alarm Installation Improver

As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our team of skilled engineers with the addition of a Fire Alarm Installation Improver.

This is a night shift position – working hours are 9pm – 5am.
Location: Heathrow Airport
What is the role?
As an Installation Improver at Trinity, you will be providing installation and completing small works to our client’s fire systems. You will be completing the scheduled work in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity’s high-quality standards. You will be working as part of a skilled team of Installation Engineer’s and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience.
The key tasks include the following:
Carry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.
Liaise with works administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our commitments are met.
Work to a planned install and small works schedule.
What skills do you need?
Experience in installing and completing small works on electrical systems.
A logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification.
To always provide outstanding customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
What technical knowledge do you need?
Understand the basic building services to test cause and effect of fire alarm interfaces.
Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA).
