Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow hiring a Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Pre-Construction Estimator in Fort Worth, Texas! As a Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Pre-Construction Estimator, you'll report directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development. Based in our Fort Worth headquarters, you'll use your strong estimating or project management background to provide preconstruction design and estimation for new construction and renovation projects. You'll need at least 5 years of experience in life safety or communication systems, along with independent judgment and a high "figure it out" factor.
Responsibilities:

• Design and estimate fire alarm and low-voltage systems for various projects
• Collaborate with an experienced design team and utilize Bluebeam for takeoffs
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure top-notch customer service
• Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for complex challenges

Requirements:

• Emergency communication systems experience
• Fire Alarm systems experience
• Access control systems experience
• Fire Alarm License (FAL)
• Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent License (APS)
• NICET certifications
• Texas Online Private Security (TOPS) License
• BICSI RCDD Certification
• AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, OR CTS-D Certifications
• Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam Revu is a plus
