Responsibilities: Tender Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fire protection and sprinkler system projects, including commercial and residential installations. Cost Analysis: Evaluate project requirements, materials, labor, and other factors to determine project costs. Bid Management: Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop winning bids and proposals. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide cost breakdowns. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating fire protection and sprinkler systems. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fire suppression systems, sprinkler design, and relevant regulations. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
