Fleet Manager – CPT

Overview Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and in compliance with all regulations.As a Fleet Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the use of the company’s vehicles and ensuring that they are well-maintained to minimize downtime and increase productivity.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the company’s fleet of vehiclesEnsure that vehicles are properly maintained and servicedImplement and enforce safety protocols and regulationsOptimize the use of vehicles to maximize productivity and minimize costsMonitor and track vehicle performance and maintenance recordsManage and negotiate contracts with vehicle suppliers and service providersSupervise and train fleet personnelPrepare and analyze fleet performance reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fleet management Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair proceduresExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in using fleet management softwareValid driver’s licenseAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits:Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
