Fleet Procurement Manager

Job description

We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator for a client in the Automotive industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Duties may include:

* Process NEW vehicle orders with relevant manufacturer / dealership.

* Monitor order progress and feedback to customer/internal team on order progress.

* Manage the order through to delivery status of the vehicle to customer.

* Manage forecasts for deliveries, updates of vehicles arriving on site etc.

* Updating finance details onto product records;

* Ensuring all necessary paper work is kept up to date;

* General administration;

* Issuing and collating documentation;

* You may be required to complete other ad hoc duties from time to time;

* Ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained;

* Data entry;

* Maintain accurate records;

* Preparing correspondence;

* Vehicle compliance;

* Ensuring all vehicle paper work is up to date and compliant including MOT’s, Services etc;

* Assist with periodic sales campaigns involving the Development team and the Internal Sales team.

Hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30

Salary - 25k to £30k per annum dependent on experience
