Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent curb appeal.
- Physically walk the property and remove litter, debris, and pet waste from the grounds. Ensure that trash and other debris is promptly removed from all areas of the grounds.
- Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster and recreation areas always remain free of litter.
- If the property has a gym, ensure the gym is clean and litter free.
- Assist with “make-ready” duties when requested. Perform “trash-out” duties. Remove abandoned furniture, trash and boxes and transfer to dumpster. Keep dumpster doors closed on windy days.
- Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.
- Must be courteous, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous related experience .
- Basic understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repair is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.

- Capability to continuously be on feet.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
