Entry level position with a flooring and construction oriented company. We are looking for a highly motivated team player that is a well organized individual who is willing to grow with the company. Bilingual is a plus. This is an ever evolving position some job duties include.
Knowledge of floor covering installation techniques and applicable setting materials required for proper installation in local market needed.
- Job site supervision of flooring and construction installations
- Managing employees, subs and trades to ensure a smooth job flow
- Making sure projects are done on schedule
- Working with builders, designers and customers to ensure expectations are controlled, agreed upon and met
- Managing inventories
